My security token, name and password are presumably correct, but authentication isn't working any more. I can login directly into salesforce.
I have recently updated my SF security token, but when I enter the new token into the Jotform integration, it still won't authenticate.
Any advice?

It appears like you have already authenticated it, since your form is integrated with SalesForce: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/63364619315357
If that is not the form you are referring to, please let us know which one is, so we can check further.

Yes, this is my form. It has an old security token, and when I ask to "Edit Integration", it shows that it needs to authenticate.
I enter the new security token, and it still won't authenticate. Furthermore, it doesn't seem to have a way to save the modification. I get a message that says "You have unsaved changes" I answer that I do not want to discard them.
Something is wrong.
I hope I don't have to remove the integration and start again.
Can you please look into this further.
Thanks,
Ketzie

I see what you mean. Unfortunately, the integration won't let you change or update the credentials(Username, Password, or Security Token), the only option is removing the integration, and start a new integration again.
Let us know if you have more questions.
