While checking your account I have seen that you are having some problems with some of your users not receiving emails due to being end up in our bounce/block list.
I have removed them from your bounce/block list so they can receive emails without any problem at the moment. You can also view your history by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History.
Also in order to prevent email addresses from entering our list, please advice your users to perform following actions that described in the links:
