My forms are disabled

    Hi, my forms keep being disabled - I think it's because I'm using the word "password" on one question, but it's in portuguese, I just ask for a code I need to add them to the website, they can change it later. I don't really understand why I can't do that.

    I have checked your account and found that it got autosuspended because your form is indeed collecting passwords, in violation of our terms of use.
