Currency not support for card type error while making the payment on our form

One of our students received this error message when trying to pay.  I have never encountered this.  Please advise.  

Could you check what type of credit card is being used for making the payment? As I check the PayPal document, it looks like it is supported only with Visa and Mastercard for Canada.
