    Not receiving notification email

    I'm not receiving my notification email...

    the sender is noreplay@jotform... the receipient is urkick@urkick.com

    If my email is on the bounced list, can it please be removed? thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on this issue, can you please contact you email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.

    It still doesn't work... cleared the browser's cache... Nothing working still.

    Thanks for helping.

     

    No I did not receive anything. Not in my Spam or All Mail folders either. I sent test emails from another email address to urkick@urkick.com and it works instantly. I do see that your submission went through, though. 

     

    Still not working... :(

    Thank you for your response, urbest.  Have you already asked your email service provider to have the IPs provided by pinoytech to be whitelisted by them?  If not, please to contact them and give them the following IPs for whitelisting:

    188.138.116.138
    107.20.173.204
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251
    85.25.117.56

    Please also let us know once you have the IPs added to your email server's whitelist.
