I checked your form and I didn't see PayPal integration. If you want to add PayPal to your account, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal

Upon further checking, I can see that the form you provided has a Form Calculation widget. We have an issue yesterday regarding on the comma replacing the decimal point and our developers are now investigating the issue.
For now, please select the 0 in the Decimal Places in the Numerical Results. Here's a screen animation guide:
