How do I mark the form submission as complete/new?

I'm using this product for request forms template , how to mark them complete, WIP and new 

I understand that you want to mark the submission as Complete/WIP or new. If so, you may consider adding a new dropdown field with respective values to the form and change its value by editing the submission. You may hide the field on the form so that it will not be displayed for the user.
