Is there a way to input long text in the email template with a specific format?

In my forms I have 3 forms of payment, paypal, wire transfer and stripe (this last is sent to a second form where stripe is set)

Depeding on the form op payment I would like to add in the autoresponse:

    Paypal:

Your registration and payment has been received.

    Stripe:

Your registratio has been received, one your payment is processed you will receive another mail with your payment confirmation.

    Wire transfer:

" Your registration has been received. Please make payment to the next account (or download accoung info from this next url)

    Bank: XXX
    Account: XXXX
    Name of account: xxxx

The last date to make payment is XXXX. Once you make your payment please send your payment receipt to xxx@xxxx.com"

Now for paypal and stripe, I have a long text field that, depending on the type of payment, and with a condition, it populates with the mentioned text. But for wire transfer, it is hard to set the condition, because it all comes in a straight line and with all the info we want to input, it doesn´t look well so I´ve had to configure a second autoresponse just for wire transfer.

So my request or question is, is there a way to input long text in the autoresponse or notification with a specific format?

There should be no issues entering that kind of text format within your Autoresponder's email body. I gave this a test and managed to see the results as intended. For demo purposes, I used these exact same format:

Your registration has been received. Please make payment to the next account (or download accoung info from this next url)

    Bank: XXX

    Account: XXXX

    Name of account: xxxx

The last date to make payment is XXXX. Once you make your payment please send your payment receipt to xxx@xxxx.com

Here's the form so you can test it 71435877986981 - Enter your email address so you can see how the Autoresponder Email would look like. Here's how I saw it from my end after submission:

Thankyou, but not what I need.

I do know how to edit my autoresponse, but what I need to do is input specific text depending in the type of payment, that is, if the persons decides to pay with paypal, instead of showing the bank info, show the text "your payment has been received". other wise, I´ve had to set 3 different autoresponses, one or each type of payment, the problem with this is that if I have to make a change in the general text, for example instead of "Dear XXXX" change it for "Hello XXX", I have to do the change in all my autoresponses, so I am looking for an option to save time...

Thanks for clearing that up. To send an Autoresponder template conditionally, based on the user's input, kindly refer to the detailed guide I'm linking below.
