I have checked your account and found that you have a Bronze upgrade that is scheduled to be downgraded to the Free status in May 2nd 2018.
Would you like us to cancel your Bronze subscription immediately, then cancel your account after that?

Your paid account with username nelsonsrepair was already cancelled and is now under the FREE plan. The paid subscription will no longer renew and no further billing will occur.
