Hidden fields are not staying hidden

There are two number fields that I have marked as "hidden." In the editing mode it shows on the form as hidden, but on the real form they are visible. The first one is called "tuition choir," and the second one is called "Fundraising Payment."

There is one condition on your form that is overruling hide field option. It is 42nd condition.

This condition will hide mentioned fields if option "My daughter will not be returning to the TGC next year" is selected, which means that they should be shown if that option is not selected. 

To resolve your issue you need to remove them from that condition.
