I also got a SQL error string when I logged on, I want to make a form with the desired url, which is not taken and displays a "form not found", but when I go to set it as the URL, it says "this name is in use"

    Hi,

Can you share to us your form with a custom URL name? I can't seem to find any problems with your form. Can you give us further information about how to reproduce the SQL error? Also, have you tried clearing your browsers cache and relogin?

    We'll await your reply. Thanks!

The form name is jjrsvp, the SQL error only showed up the one time when I tried to merge the account and guest form together, it said that there was a duplicate entry.

    Hello,

For clarification, is this happening on your own hosted JotForm Application? I can't seem to find the said form on your account. Furthermore, you were talking about "merge the account", do you mean cloning a form?

Just in case this is all about your JotForm Application, you may send your questions to contact@interlogy.com, our developers are the one to assist you further with this. Thanks!

Nevermind, I have now move the form from your guest account to your registered one. Kindly check.

    Apologies for this inconvenience. Thanks!

The site still does not allow me to change the name to that one, and I really need that URL to be active

The form is deleted, but when I go to rename a form to a custom URL of the same name, it says "Custom URL already in use"

Just for clarification, I'm assuming that you named a custom URL of your form before, deleted it, got a new one and tried to name the custom URL of the new form with the deleted one?

If so, can you go to the trash tab of your My Forms page and permanently delete the previously deleted form in there?

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
