Some users are receiving error messages about the form not using a secure connection

    Seems to be that random users are receiving this message when filling out one of our payment forms.

    "Automatic credit card filling is disabled because the form does not use a secure connection."

    This only seems to happen to random users.  Others have no issues.  I thought that JotForm used SSL security in regards to payments?  Is this an issue with the users' browser settings?  Or is it triggered by our client Authorize.net?  Thanks

    Please note that all our forms are SSL secure, provided that you always make sure you access them using HTTPS URLs.

    Please also note that it's recommended to always keep the internet browser up to date, in order to fully validate and invalidate security certificates, which is my guess as to why some outdated browsers may incorrectly declare our forms as non secure.

    Please ensure that you are sharing the form URL with your users, starting with https://
