How can I properly test my newly added recipients?

    I updated the email addresses on 3 forms we currently have with you. I tried to send a test email for confirmation and it did not work? Can you please help me with getting a test confirmation sent to the email address that listed. I can be reached at mrestivo@scwater.org

    When you use the TEST EMAIL button to test your newly added recipients, it will never send to the actual recipient you just setup. It will always be sent to your account's registered email sccontemp@scwater.org

    The main goal of the TEST EMAIL feature is to see how the email would look like once it reaches your email. To properly test your newly added recipients, kindly follow the guide I'm linking below. Basically, what you need to do is open the respective forms, pretend to be a user/respondent, then do an actual submission to test them out.
