Why are the submissions missing?

Hello, I created a fairly lengthy form and I know that there have already been several submissions, however none of them are showing up now. I made an edit to the form a few weeks ago, but I don't believe this should have effected any of the submissions. I'm not sure what your team might be capable of from your side, but is it possible to restore any of the lost submissions? Thank you for your help.

I'm sorry, but I cannot seem to find anything from our logs for the given form. If submissions are made to this form, we should have a log for the list, and you should also see them on your form, but it's empty.

Search for the form ID in the page, 63575308663160. You'll see no result.

Maybe, the submissions are made on a different form? Can you re-check? If you still have the form email, please view the full headers, copy and paste everything on this thread.

There is a form ID in the header and we should be able to trace the submission using that ID.
