    Hi support,

My account is saying that I am out of submission storage.  I've never had this issue in the past and I know that I haven't had 100 submissions this month.  Since you've made changes to your plans my services has been downgraded and I've been with you company for many years.  Please let me know what can be done to restore my service.

    Thank you,

    Lavell

    Hello Lavell,

The total submission storage and monthly submission are not the same.

For the monthly submissions, your limit as a free user is 100 submissions per month and it will reset back to 0 every first day of the month. For the total submission storage, your limit as a free user is 500 total submissions storage means that it is limited to a total of 500 submissions in their account. For every submission exceeding the 500 will cause for the oldest submission in the account to be removed.

You can delete the submissions in order to clear your total submission storage. Here's a guide on How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data. Keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable.

Hope that helps. If you have questions or need more clarifications, please contact us again.

    Thank you.

Ok I understand now.  So if I upgrade to the storage level it won't affect my forms that have been grandfathered in correct? Thanks,Lavell ThompsonAccount Executive                  Notice: This e-mail (including attachments) is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. 2510-2521, is confidential and may be legally privileged. Upgrading from the Free Plan to the Storage Plan will keep things the same except for the Total Submission Storage limit. It will jump from 500 to Unlimited.
