Does this track some sort of conversions?

I'm not very familiar with Google Analytics, but seems like conversions will involve goals, unfortunately, if you set up a goal you will not get the traffic since after the redirection the JotForm form sends for a short period of time to the JotForm link where the data is captured, and then it will redirect to your custom thank you page. This will not complete the goal, since the form will not be directly redirected to your "goal URL" by-passing the JotForm submission link.
