How can I add the edit link to my email template?

All my other forms, have an OPTION at the bottom of the EMAIL that we receive to EDIT THE FORM.  For some reason this option does not show with my Supply Management Form.

Your Email Notification template for this form 63613693275159 doesn't have the usual edit submission footer on the default template.

To fix this, you have 2 options to choose from:

1. Either delete your Email Notification then re-add it. This should be okay since your template does contain all the default form fields, so re-adding a new Notification should be relatively the same. Only this time, it will bear the usual edit submission link at the bottom.

2. Or, just manually add the EDIT LINK back to your template.
