I can not see the preview

    I can not see the preview of my form and either share link shows the same error as my form is disabled.

    Your account was auto suspended by our Phishing Detector. That's why your form has been disabled. I manually checked your forms in your account but I didn't find any guilty form fields that violate our Terms of Use. Perhaps this is just regarded as false positive. With this in mind, I have now re-activated your account. Your forms now are active.
