Why am I having trouble with people filling out my form on an iphone

I’m having trouble with people filling out my form on an iphone.

The form is hard to scroll on the page and every time you fill info in it jumps you out of the inputting data fields on the iphone and back to top of the form. It works fine with an android phone.

I have tried iframe, Embed, and Quick Share and it doesn’t fix the issue. This is the URL.  http://www.steakandstone.com/hostess-opening

You will need to put in the code: 85215. This is a Wix platform.

I do not have a screen shot from the iphone.

Could you please try to increase the size of the form placeholder element on a mobile version of your website?

Does it make any difference?
