I uploaded a pre-exsisting form that I need to add a mask to a number field.  I cant figure out how to make sure that the format stays as required ###-##-#### instead of #########.

In your form, under build option. Click on your field, and click properties.

Then, click the Options tab, and scroll down to Input mask. Enter there, the format you want for your number. Use '#' for numbers.

After the changes, the form will be using that format. Here's the example output.
