Security Attestation / Terms and Conditions

We're looking to use your service at our company, but I want to be sure your cloud environment is secure and that the terms and conditions are appropriate.  Do you have something like a SOC2?  Also, can you send me the Ts and Cs for using your service?  Thanks.
