Testing with integration is using up our form submits

    Hello,

We have not even launched our website. Is there anyway you are able to waive the submission allowance during testing? In our business, we probably would not even reach more than 10 submissions per month and our developers in India are needing to do several tests to make sure the integration is working correctly.

Is there anyway possible to waive our submission allowance during the testing phase of our website functionality?

    Thank you very much,

    Anna

    Anna,

You can reset your account submissions counter to zero(0) again by deleting your form that have test submissions only.

You can clone the form first before deleting so that you will have a copy of the form template.

    You can follow this steps:

#1 Clone your test form to have another copy and maintain it as your template form.

    User guide: How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

#2 Delete the test form (make sure you cloned it already)

#3 Empty your My Forms list Trash folder to clear deleted submissions.

The cloned form should be empty of submission and it still be how the original form is.

You can review your account usage status.
