I don't see my form listed in my account anymore and it has disappeared from the website I built. I do see the code when I view the page source. I am traveling and away from my computer (at an Apple store now) so I can't rebuild it using another program. Can you help?Page URL:

Hello. I checked the form ID and found that it is assocated with a Guest account, and is already beyond the limits from receiving SSL submissions for guest users. Do you wish to have this form transfered to your sarahcee or any other account?

Yes, please!!! Will this make the current form functional or will I have to regenerate the code and embed again?

Yes, the current form will become functional again. In fact, I have now moved the form to your sarahcee account and the form appears in the web page already.
Although I recommend that you try not to use the secure version to prevent your account from getting temporarily suspended, since free users are only allowed 10 SSL submissions per month.
