Add submit and continue option on each page using application ID?

Hi .

I got your responce but this is not what i am looking for . you gave me how to create the save and continue later option but i want save and continue @ the same time .

Moreover i want to create the for where cust can enter his previous submission id and move on from there .

plz help me or i would be greatfull to you if we can have a word over the phone 

Unfortunately, there is no option to trigger both save and continue at the same time. You have to click the next button, and the saving process will commence.

Also, the only way you can continue is to make sure that the Session URL is correct. You can use the Submission ID in the session URL. As for having a textbox where customers can enter the submission ID, it's also not possible.
