My account can't be upgraded regardless of the payment processed!

    Ho effettuato il pagamento del piano BRONZE ma l'upgrade non è stato fatto.

    Il pagamento è stato addebitato e la fattura è stata emessa.

    In allegato la ricevuta di pagamento.

    Si richiede l'upgrade del piano acquistato urgentemente in quanto ci necessita per lavoro.

    At first try of the payment process, there occurred a glitch hence the automatic upgrade process had interrupted.

    I send all the notifications again and your account is now upgraded.
