Hi,
I'm having some difficulties with my jotform that you can find with the provided link. I have many conditions on my jotform with all of the fields hidden. When I choose the right pool from the dropdown on the first page. Jotform should only show the fields that I have selected in the conditions page. For some reasons, as soon as I select any pool, it show me every fields. Also, as you can see on the screenshot provided, there's a lot of "clear fields" in my form and I was wondering what those mean and if they are necessary?
Thanks

Hi there,
I tested out your form and the conditions are working properly. For example, the condition below,
shows the 3 fields specified
and hides them otherwise.
Also, as you can see on the screenshot provided, there's a lot of "clear fields" in my form and I was wondering what those mean and if they are necessary?
The Clear fields refer to those blank fields in your form such as the one below.
They are named Clear Fields because they have no labels and they are included in the fields which you can show/hide conditionally as needed.
Regards.

Understood for the clear fields, but the conditions still don't work on my end. Would it be possible to have a skype call anytime soon?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, we do not have any phone support or support via Skype.
With regards to the issue you are having with your form conditions, would it be possible for you to point out specifically which of these conditions related to the field "Pool: Piscine" is not working.
To make this easier, I would suggest you click the conditions icon of the "Pool: Piscine" field to show all conditions related to it.
Then, tell us which of the listed conditions is not working. Please include the following information:
1. What is happening when a particular option from the drop-down is selected?
2. What should be happening?
3. What should not be happening?
This way, we will be able to easily determine the issue and provide you the best possible resolution to it.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you.

Here are the conditions for every pool. When I choose Canterbury for exemple, I should only see the fields that I have selected in the conditions tab. Uniform 2 should only appear if uniform 1 is filled in. (I have a condition for that) Also When I choose Canterbury, I shouldn't see any of this ( Courts and rooms, wood-floor room clean, gym clean, ... since it'S not selected as show in my conditions for Canterbury)
Only these fields should appear in my form,

I have checked your form and I can see what you're reporting; however, your conditions seem to be working fine at the moment, but there is a conflict on the conditions logic that is causing the issue.
Firstly, you do not need to hide fields when you're conditionally showing them, the condition will handle this, so if the condition is not met then the fields will not show.
Here's a condition that is currently generating the conflict:
This is what happens, if you select the option "U-CANTERBURY" on the field "Pool: Piscine:" the condition shown on the screenshot is not met so the fields are not hiding, instead they are showing up.
That option needs to be selected in order to hide the fields, otherwise, they will be displayed in the form. To better understand how it works, I would suggest you to disable the condition, you will see the other conditions you mentioned on your last reply will work as expected.
Here's also a cloned form where I only disabled that condition shown on my screenshots and the form started to work fine: https://form.jotformpro.com/71458600718963
Please, check this and let us know if you have any question.
Hope this helps.

Thanks that helps. In that case what should I do to hide all the fields and only show a link to an other jotform when I select the conflicting pool (Hilton lac Leamy) and continue to keep the right conditions for the other pools.

Have you managed to fix this with a Hide condition?
If the issue still persists, please provide us with more details.

I'm not sure if I understood your question.
Are you referring to the conditions list or to the list of fields in a condition?
Do note that a field may appear repeatedly if it is involved in more than one condition, currently there is not a way to handle which fields in a condition will be displayed or not.
However, please provide us more details in case I misunderstood your question, if possible, you may also share us a screenshot about it: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
We will wait for your response.

I believe the latest question was about a different issue. So I created a separate discussion thread for it here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1157362
We will attend to it as soon as we can.
Thank you.
