Form calculation not working

I am having problems with all the form calculations at the bottom of my form. They are using surveying data from the questions to find a total fee. They don't seem to work at all and I'm not sure why.

We had and issue with form calculation widget and it was not working properly. This issue was resolved recently by our developers. I have tested your form and as far as I can see calculation is working properly. Your form has lot of fields and conditions, so I had to clone your form to see how conditions are set. Calculation is also working on my cloned form.

Please test your form again.

I have also noticed that your form is very slow and it was hard to fill it. Auto Fill feature is slowing your form, because it is large. I would suggest you to disable this feature and to use session method to allow your users to save the form and continue later.
