Clients attempt to fill the form out and they keep getting an error on transaction message.  They cannot send the information to us.  I just put in a secure widget to include credit card information and must have messed something up.  Please help.

I have checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52424633950959 and I cannot find the payment integration, based on the error shown on your screenshot it seems like you were using the Authorize.net integration.

I have just tested a form I had already integrated  with Authorize and it works fine: https://form.jotform.com/70978861861977

You can also use "Test" keys to test your payments with:

    - Credit Card Number: 4242424242424242

    - CVC : 123

    - Valid Expiration Date

      *Later than the current date

Please, make sure that you're using the correct API login ID and Transaction key, you may also refresh this information on your Authorize.net account, here is a link that will help you doing so: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A405

    Hope this helps.
