Where did our form go?

    I just logged into JotForm to send out our boarding form, and it states we have no forms. Is there a reason this would happen?  Or can we get our form back or do I need to make a new one again?

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and found it was disabled. To disable a form is a manual process, maybe it was made by accident on your side.

    The form is active now.
