Upgrade Issue

    HI Team,

    Mistakenly I have upgraded to Bronze Plan instead of Silver plan.

    Is there any way of upgrading to silver by paying the difference of 20$.

     

    Pl confirm.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately this is not possible. Please go ahead to cancel the Bronze subscription from the Paypal site, here you are a helpful guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription.

    I have made a request on your behalf to have full charge reversed of the latest charge but it will first need to be reviewed by our Billing Team which may take 2-3 days, the amount will reflect in your bank statement in about 7-10 business days. The account is in Free status now, please go ahead to upgrade the account to Silver plan.
