I was using this link to allow users to download pdf versions of their form submissions:
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/3714537340416502684&noCDN=true
as of today that directs to a 404 message. How do I fix this?

May you or anybody else(who has access to your account) have deleted the submission? What is the form where the submission comes from?
Just to let you know, you can send the PDF submission file attached to the autoresponder:
Let us know if you need more help.

No, the submissions have not been deleted. Also, I do not want to use the auto responder, I want to provide that link. I have noticed that this does not occur when I try to download with the link, but only when a specific customer tries to download from the link. Could it be their network security?

Hello,
It seems you are trying to download the submission PDF of form #52504685580964.
The issue is not related to submission but there seems to be another issue here. The PDF URL you are using does not seems to work currently. I am reporting it to our backend team and we will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
For now, I would suggest you to use the alternate URL to download submission PDF as mentioned below:
Thank you!

Thanks please let me know what the developers say as I prefer to use the shorter link. Thanks.
