I am receiving an "Out of Space" message and my account type is set at 'Free". However, my manager pays for a Silver account, and she set me under that plan. My user name is "konicki". My manager's email address is email@example.com.

I have checked your account as well as your manager's account, and I confirm that you are set as a sub-account user for her.
Please note though, that your account has also forms that you own, independently of your parent account, and one of them (http://www.jotform.us/form/71295159862163) acquired 108 submissions, which explains why your account is in the overlimit status.
With that said, the forms that are shared with you as a sub-account user are not affected.
