error in the form

    I created a membership form for our organization and can not process from my office?We held a membership drive last evening.  We're trying to process applications and keep getting an error.  See below.

    I'm not sure where the setting is to correct this... a little frustrating since we need to get this done fairly quickly today.  Lisa

    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

    Please check if you have enabled Unique Submission or Unique Question in the form settings. These settings generally cause the forms to receive only one submission.  Please refer to the guides below that can help you with the settings of Unique submission/question.

    If these options are not enabled on your form, please try opening the form in a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that works.
