Hello, I work for Outrageous Interiors. We have a form attached to our website through Big Commerce and our form is not working properly. Either the form does not submit altogether, or it does not forward the emails to the people that they need to go to. We have reached out to Big Commerce to make sure it was not an error on their end; however, they tested forms on their end and it seemed to work perfectly fine.
Our goal is to have the forms submit properly as well as be sent to multiple different people/email addresses when they are submitted.

When the submit button is unresponsive, that means something in the page is interfering its function. We recommend re-embedding the form using our iframe method to fix it.
As for the form email, I would suggest changing your settings.
1. The Send Upload as Attachments and Attach PDF are enabled. Please note that these options will only work when email@example.com is used. You need to switch the sender email or disable the two to fix the problem.
2. You are using a custom sender email by verification method. Please note that some hosting providers don't allow this method so I would recommend configuring the email by SMTP:
