How to access submissions sent via JotForm to Oberon Poetry Mag website?

A somewhat convoluted history with JotForm:

The Oberon Poetry Magazine website has been using Jotform for at least 2 years. It was previously set up by former staff to forward submissions to our managing editor, Laura W., who had used the email oberonpoetry @ gmail.com or optonline.net. It was set up and in place in advance of my joining staff.

At some point last year, the submissions (each a page containing the poet's info and docs of three poems) stopped coming to the managing editor. There was an adjustment (made by the former editor; I don't know what it was) and it was remedied. This year, the problem reared its head again. There were approx 156 submissions (according to the notices I received at my end) but none of these were carried to the managing editor's email (or anywhere else). They are hovering in cyberspace, since neither Laura W. nor myself can access them by going into Jotform (we have had several email/password fails when trying to sign in, using our emails and a password given to us by the former editor).

Recently, Four separate emails with poems landed in my email box (oberonmag@optonline.net) which I forwarded to Laura W. I do not know how these found their way to me, and they also stopped.

Is there a way for the earlier, "missing" mass of emails to be accessed/forwarded? The managing editor would prefer another email to be used (ldramamama@aol.com) to receive the auto-submissions. Right now we are helpless to access these and are growing hopeless in trying to get back on track.

I would be grateful for any assistance and advice in resolving this.

    Many thanks.

I see that the email address oberonmag@optonline.net used in the email notification of the form is in our bounce list and so you are not receiving emails. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be now able to receive email notifications without any issue.

I have checked the account based on the URL provided. The username of the account is oberonpoetry and it is registered using oberonpoetry@optonline.net. If you want to reset the login password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.
