I've setup multiple custom email addresses for notifiers (both SMTP and verified methods) and JotForm only ever sends from noreply@jotform.com.

If you are using the test email feature, it will always be sent to the default account address from noreply@jotform.com. To test further addresses or settings requires sending submissions through the form:

You most recent form does look to be set up to send from your address.
