I retried reintegrating the docusign signatures but it still is not working right. It keeps giving me an error. What else can I try?

I have tested the DocuSign widget on my form and see that it is working fine. As I check your form, I notice that there are 3 DocuSign widgets on the form which is not supported. Could you try removing any two DocuSign widgets on the form and see if that works?
