    4. Can a field be populated from a previous field entry?  For instance on a multi-page form that requires a name, can the name be entered in the first "name" field and then auto-populate into subsequent "name" fields?

For multiple pages form, you can use this conditional logic guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Mathematical-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-a-Condition. The condition can copy a field and put it to another field.

Here's a screenshot of the condition:

IF the Name field is Filled. DO Copy a Field's value FROM Name field TO Name 3 field.

To further check my condition configurations, you can clone my demo form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Hope that helps. If you need clarifications or other questions, please message us again. Thank you.
