Email Notification: Sender name is being switched to JotForm

    A few months ago, I needed to change the sender name from JotForm to TSQ1.  The drop down of available fields  for Sender Name was empty. I discovered that if I added a hidden field with TSQ1 in it, it would appear in the dropdown so I could select it.  It worked fine for a while, then I noticed I was getting email from JotForm again.  I checked the form, the hidden field is still there, but the drop down menu is empty again.  What's going on?


    UPDATE: In the past five minutes, I just went back into the email properties. The Sender Name dropdown was populated, I selected the hidden field then saved it.  Went out of the form, went back in, and the Sender Name was set back to JotForm - the Sender Name dropdown was empty again.

    I have cloned the 'Lease / Purchase Application' form, but I was not able to reproduce the issue when I switched the sender name to the Tuscany Square Condos field.

    If the issue still persists, we can try to re-save the email notifications from our end to see if that helps.
