when I go to print and mail a pdf to a client, the file shows up as "unnamed document" Is there a way to give these a name before sending?

Can you please describe your steps on how you do this. We will check for the workaround to make the process streamlined.

Right now, the Print and Download PDF are to separate option in the form. So I am not sure how you get to PRINT and then Email the submission PDF in one go.

#1 Printing the submission will result to a hard copy print out of the data.

#2 PDF download will result to a soft copy (PDF file) out of the data. You will have option to rename the PDF document that was downloaded.

Currently when you download a PDF submission, the pdf file has this filename format submissionID#.pdf (i.e. 124251722828998.pdf)

I believe your better option is to download first the PDF, rename the file, and then send it via email to client.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
