Can you use JotForm to automatically add an email to your form from the login screen of my website?

I have a website www.ez-caregiver.com. I want the email used when you login on the home page to automatically populate all the emails on the EZ Caregiver tab. I created this site from being a patient that couldnt talk and couldnt use hands to type.

Do I have any option with Jotform over 123forms?

My understanding is that you want to pre-populate the forms or specifically the email field. We do have an app called Field Prepopulator. This app allows you to fill the fields you would like your users to see pre-filled and produces the generated URL to send to your client. Here's the link: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

You can also manually pre-filled the form using the URL parameters, please check this guide: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

Hope that helps. If you're referring to a different issue, let us know. Thank you.
