I have about 8 custom fields in Salesforce that are not appearing in my dropdown when I go to map fields with salesforce. Other standard Salesforce fields are not appearing as well. Can you help me figure out why?

I tried checking this on your form https://form.jotform.com/71446777949173 but Salesforce integration was not being used on the form.
Can you please try redoing the integration. We will check again if issue still persist.

I gave up on the JotForm integration with Salesforce and am using Zapier instead. Much more functionality.

Great! Glad you've found an alternative solution.
By the way, I tried adding custom fields in my SalesForce then test the integration. They appeared just fine.
Anyways, you can always recreate the integration or use a new SF token. This might also help in case you want to use the direct integration again.
