Custom Fields from Salesforce not appearing in dropdown

    Hi there,

    I have about 8 custom fields in Salesforce that are not appearing in my dropdown when I go to map fields with salesforce. Other standard Salesforce fields are not appearing as well. Can you help me figure out why?

    I tried checking this on your form but Salesforce integration was not being used on the form.

    Can you please try redoing the integration. We will check again if issue still persist.

    I gave up on the Jotform integration with Salesforce and am using Zapier instead. Much more functionality.

    Great! Glad you've found an alternative solution.

    By the way, I tried adding custom fields in my SalesForce then test the integration. They appeared just fine.

    Anyways, you can always recreate the integration or use a new SF token. This might also help in case you want to use the direct integration again.
