Cannot open my form

    Hi, some of my client report to me, my form cannot be open at PC but no problem at smartphone..

    I have clear my cookies, but still same..

    I checked your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I opened your form using Windows 10 Operating System on a PC. I also checked your form using an iPhone and it is working properly. I did a test submission to the form you provided and it was also successful. Here's a screenshot of your Thank You page:

    Please try opening this link (https://form.jotform.com/62815761514457) instead of this link (https://form.jotform.me/62815761514457). I changed the ".me" to ".com". 

    I also cleared your form cache so it will be refreshed on our side. 

    I hope that works. Let us know how it goes.
