Stripe Payment Button, Payment + form

Hi, 

I have a squarespace website that sells 5 different types of service. I would like a buttons for my squarespace account that allows people to purchase my service (one button for each service) and then once they have paid they then complete a questionnaire and receive instructions of what to do next. 

Can your service do this?

Could you please tell us more about the service you're selling? I mean, is it like a product?

Then, later if you need to forward your users to some other page to continue with further actions, you can use Custom Thank you page option, more about that here: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page
