I can't able to locate html box in insert menu, is this premium?

    i can't able to locate html box in insert menu, is there any pricing for that?

    Hello Dhana,

    As I understood you correctly, you want to add your form to Google Sites. I have created a new site on my Free account, I could see the HTML Box in insert menu.

    Please note that you must click the "More gadgets..." for adding your form to Google site. As you can see below screenshot:
