i have a paid account and i tried to set up a subuser email@example.com
Somehow instead of becoming a subuser on my paid plan they ended up with a free account that had my forms shared with them.
Now they've reached their limit of forms per month and can't send anymore so it has brought this to my attention.
is there anyway you can delete their account or change their username so that when i set them up as a sub user it will make them part of my plan?

Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked the Free sub user which is rochotlunch. This account has 5 forms instead of your shared forms and this user reached the form creation limits, he can not create a new form. However, you can share a form on your BobCT account with this user all you want.
We can delete this account or change the username if the user login this account and requested it via Support Forum. If I delete this account, it will not your sub user. Else if I change this account, it will under your account as a sub-user.
Please provide us more detail about your request, we will glad to solve your issue.
We will be waiting for your response.
