Form not showing on website

Hi, When I preview after adding embed code on my wordpress site I can see form fine but when I look at the site out of admin, it will not show,

I have checked your web page and see that the form is embedded and displaying correctly. However, when I remove the preview parameter from the URL the form is not being displayed. I am not sure if this is something related to the theme applied to the web site. Could you try testing if the form is displayed normally by applying a separate theme? Also, please try embedding the form using iframe embed method to see if that works. You may get the iframe embed code for your JotForm by following the steps in the guide below:
