Form will not submit even when required field has data.

Hello,

When a user submits a form from our website and they forget to enter in a require data, the submit button reads "please wait...". Even after the correct data is entered into the field, the submit button still says "Please wait..." and is hung up. The address field is required on our form. However, it is getting hung up if the user does not enter Address 2 which did not happen before. 

Can you help?

I have tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. Submit button is stuck on "Please wait...". After that I have tested your standalone form, but I was not able to replicate same issue. Your standalone form is working properly.

You have embedded your form with script code and most likely there is a conflict between your webpage scripts and JotForm scripts. Please re-embed your form with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:
