Trying to upgrade our plan but it is not responding

    Hi We are concerned because we have met out maximum jotforms for the month and the system will not allow to upgrade.  Please do not hold any forms!! We want to upgrade

    Are you still getting issues upgrading your account? 

    I have just checked the account related to your email address "bepulaski" and I can see it has been upgraded from the Storage yearly to the Silver monthly plan.
